R-S-CC Zone

Neighbors for Responsible Growth asked the Council not to amend the R-SS-C for high density zones outside of down town and the Council agreed.  We felt that until the community can give input to the Council on where density belongs, a high density zone should not be extended to other parts of Town.  Further, NRG objected to a policy change that would create a zone for specific projects before the Council.
